I've been thinking and learning in the last few months about how AI and tools like ChatGPT have changed the game for me in my solo business adventure as a woman. Therefore, I created an AI special edition for this Digital Fluency masterclass to show other women how they can also level up their careers. This technology will disrupt every industry, from agriculture to accounting; there will be a lot of shifting in job roles, that's for sure.

I've been juggling a lot recently — from marketing to sales and everything in between — and I realized that without experimenting with these digital tools, I couldn't have done half of the things I've achieved recently.

Many of you are in the corporate world and sometimes think all this tech talk doesn't apply to you. Often, AI tools are not even allowed to be used.

But trust me, it does, and I wanted to share why I think that is.

Out of curiosity, I took a little deep dive into job listings in LA recently and what I believe employers will be hiring for over the next couple of years. It was eye-opening. More and more jobs — even the ones that aren't techy — are looking now for people who know their way around AI tools like ChatGPT.

It's becoming as important as knowing how to use social media a few years back.

Here's what I found:

1. Tech skills are popping up in all kinds of job descriptions.
2. Industries and functions like marketing, sales, real estate, executive assistant, and customer service are all on this train.
3. It doesn't matter if you're starting as a student, in the middle of your manager career, or being a boss already — these skills are for everyone.

And guess what? We women tend to be good at these "softer" skills, aka human skills these jobs are looking for:

✍️ Clear communication

💪 Problem-solving

❤️ Understanding and caring about people's feelings

🚀 Being quick on our feet and ready to learn

🦸‍♀️ Taking charge and seeing things through from start to finish

👏 Working well with others

So, what's my advice?
